1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain product categories such as personal care, customized products, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

2. How to Initiate an Exchange

  • Contact us at support@cristkart.shop within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and details of the issue.
  • Attach clear photos of the product and its packaging to help our team assist you better.
  • Let us know if you’d prefer a replacement, an exchange, or store credit.
  • Our support team will get back to you within 1-2 business days with the next steps.

3. Exchange Process & Shipping

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days, subject to stock availability.
  • If the item or size requested is not available, we will offer an alternative of your choice or provide store credit.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize your request and arrange for a prompt exchange or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Important Notes

  • All returned or exchanged items must pass our quality inspection before approval for exchange or replacement.
  • Shipping and cash-on-delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
  • CristKart.shop reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges if the conditions above are not met.
