1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are provided only for products that are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly
supplied by CristKart.shop.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with all evidence
provided.
- The item(s) should remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and
packaging intact.
- Items purchased on sale, marked "Final Sale", or customized as per your specifications are
not eligible for refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personal care, hygiene, or wearable items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards and vouchers
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@cristkart.shop within 48 hours of receiving your
order. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach clear photographs of the item(s) and the original packaging, showing the fault or damage.
- Our team will review your request and advise you on the next steps. Please await instructions
before returning anything.
4. Refund Process
- Upon receiving and verifying your returned product (if requested), an approved refund will be
credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Processing time may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
- Instructions and the return address will be provided by our support team if a return is
required.
- If the item received was damaged, defective, or different from your order, CristKart.shop will
cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return
shipping cost.
